ISS Europe 2012 meets in a new environment created by a realisation within the European Union that innovation on its own will not create the long term, sustainable economic environment required to meet the goals and aspirations of European citizens. This complements the establishment of semiconductor technology as a “Key Enabling Technology” (KET) fundamental to European business.
