28 – 29 November 2012 – Lisbon, Portugal Organised in the framework of the Africa-EU Strategic Partnership (JAES) and hosted by the Government of Portugal through the Ministry of Education and Science (MEC), this 5th Forum edition will mainly aim at strengthening and supporting the development of cooperation on ICT research and ICT4D between Africa and Europe.
