The Nanophotonics Europe Association recently published a new report entitled Nanophotonics – A Forward Look. In July 2012 leading researchers gathered at King’s College, London to analyse and discuss future research and exploitation directions of nanophotonics. The report presents a number of potential applications of nanophotonics which illustrates the potential commercial and societal impact of these technologies.
