Fotónica21: Members list

Fotónica21, the Spanish Photonics Technology Platform, brings together the vast majority of companies, research groups and relevant stakeholders in the Spanish R&D photonics community, along the entire photonics industry value chain. It is an open and participatory forum to promote dialogue between science and technology, with the ultimate goal of promoting sustainable growth of the photonics sector at the national level.

Fotónica21 serves as an informer to the sector regarding the technology offer, opportunities and needs in terms of research, development, training, financing and investment. The organization is structured in thematic working groups, four oriented to the fields of application (ICT, Production Technologies, Life Sciences and Medicine, Displays and Lighting) and three to transversal activities (Sensors and Security, Photonic Systems and Training).

Participation in Fotónica21 is intended for those dedicated to applied research, technical development and practical application of photonic technologies. By definition, a Technology Platform should be industry-led. Thus, companies and research institutions that work in the scientific-industrial interface are invited to join Fotónica21.

Being a member of Fotónica21 is a voluntary act and is free of any type of economic cost.
