Other ETP

As a mirror of the European Technological Platforms (ETPs), in some cases as an instrument to support them and in others, as a mechanism for the orientation and strategic structuring of the sector at the national level, the national platforms – or Spanish nodes of the ETPs – represent an interesting tool to reinforce and complement each other and allow efforts to be directed towards a more committed, planned and structured innovation scenario. For this to be the case, all interested agents must be accommodated, combining, at the same time, a participatory and organized scheme.

An essential task of the Spanish platforms is to define their own reference scenario and the corresponding set of strategic R&D activities, fitting them, as far as possible, into the European scenario.
